Galerie Stylo is a Dutch art dealer based in Bennebroek, specialized in old original posters. The collection also includes books, magazines, ephemera and graphics related to poster art and designers. Almost all well-known artists from the 20th century have designed posters, for their own exhibitions, but also for products. A poster was always designed with a purpose in mind, but nowadays the artistic, historical and decorative value is especially appreciated. When it comes to acquisition, Galerie Stylo applies high standards to these 3 aspects. Moreover, these are often posters that are only available in very limited numbers; in some cases, no more than a handful of copies are known to have survived the past century. In addition to sales, I can also assist in searches, advice, consignment and purchasing.
Opening hours vary, usually the gallery is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm and on Saturday from 12pm to 5pm. If you would like to come by, it is advisable to let me know in advance by telephone or email. Other times are possible by appointment.
